General Terms & Conditions:

1. 0 CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY
At LARNEY, customer satisfaction is our top priority goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a great & positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

2.0 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Returns should only be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. 

Upon returning your item to us, please email cs@larney.com.my with the following information:- 

1.Your Name ( As per invoice )

2) Invoice Number / Order ID

3) Reason for return or exchange . Please write in details

4) Tracking number

3.0 SECURITY
At Larney.com.my, protecting your personal information is a priority. 6.0 HOW TO ORDER
Ordering online from the www.larney.com.my is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you’ll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total amount purchased so far. You will also be able to see which items are in stock and which items are sold out. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.

7.0 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Aramex (international shipping except Israel)
• Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once your order has been processed. 
•  International expedited shipping will take 10 to 21 working days. We aim to have your parcel delivered earlier however due to Covid-19, it has inevitably shifted the regular time frame previously to 5 to 7 days.
• Shipping Fees will not be calculated upon checkout.
• Delivery time: Expected delivery dates are approximately 3-5 working days and up to 10 working days for overseas delivery. We aim to have the parcel delivered in no time and would sometimes be affected by unexpected conditions such as shipping restrictions
•  Tracking: Tracking number to be provided via email upon order being processed
• Note that for worldwide shipping, it may require a tax fee. The amount depends on each country’s regulation, which needs to be paid by customers. 
• The checkout amount does not include the tax fee based on each country’s regulation. 

8.0 PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept payment from Online Banking, Credit Card & Debit card using Online Payment Gateway (SenangPay). You will be redirected to your preferred payment channel when you proceed to check out.

9.0 COLOUR
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. At some products, the colours may vary from the actual due to studio lighting  during the photoshoot and editing process
