Purchasing Terms

1.0 EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted for both online and in-stores.
  • Exchanges are only valid for sizing or coloring issues of the same design, or manufacturer's defects.
  • Exchanges are not applicable for SALE items. This means, items that are bought on LARNEY’s website, in LARNEY’s stores, through LARNEY’s Whatsapp numbers and on LARNEY’s social media will not be allowed for exchanges once payment has been made.
  • We accept exchanges within 7 working days for all orders subject to following terms and conditions:
    • All items must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and unaltered. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack, must be returned as a whole set, in order for us to process the exchange.
    • Original Price tag is attached. 
    • The exchange policy is granted for 1-time used only for each original receipt.
    • Sizing exchange is subject to availability of the product at that point in time. Please email us first at cs@larney.com.my or contact our Customer Service Executives (kiki) as stated on the Contact Us page.

1.1 Note that exchanges, returns and refunds are strictly not allowed under below circumstances:

  • Any item marked as DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS, PROMOTIONS, SALES, CLEARANCE or NON-EXCHANGEABLE items.
  • Wear and Tear: Items returned NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION i.e. worn, washed and altered in any way.
  • Face masks / Filters for masks.
  • Custom made / personalized items.
  • Failed to prove the purchase / original receipt or invoice.

This rule means, once all of the SALE items are bought on LARNEY’s website, in LARNEY’s stores, through LARNEY’s WhatsApp numbers and on LARNEY’s social media will not be allowed for exchanges, returns and refunds, once payment has been made.

1.2 The management of LARNEY reserves the right to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.

1.3 Postage charges: To be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange. 

2.0 REFUND

  • Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are only valid due to faulty items or manufacturer's defect.
  • Refunds are subject to below terms and conditions:
  • Original Price tag is attached
  • Items are in original packaging, unworn and unaltered
  • Refund methods will be made via LARNEY’s store credit or Gift Card.
  • Cash (within 14 days) - Please write the details of bank account number by emailing us at cs@larney.com.my 
  • The management of LARNEY reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.

 3.0 ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Defective Items: In the event an item you ordered is discovered to be defective after processing your purchase, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Out-of-Stock: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after processing your purchase, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • System Error or Website Glitch: If a system error or website glitch results in an incorrect order being processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Other Circumstances: In other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel your order. We will always attempt to contact you and explain the reason for the cancellation before processing any refund.
  • In all cases of order cancellation, you will receive a notification via Whatsapp or email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by order cancellations. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

4.0 RETURN FOR EXCHANGE & REFUND

  • Returns should only be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase.

Upon returning your item to us, please email cs@larney.com.my with the following information:- 

1.Your Name ( As per invoice )

2) Invoice Number / Order ID

3) Reason for return or exchange . Please write in details

4) Tracking number

 

  • Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained. We will not entertain the request if information provided is not complete or invalid.

    5.0 SHIPPING

    Domestic

    • We provide international shipping via Ninja Van (East Malaysia, West Malaysia and Singapore)
    • Courier: Ninja Van
    • West Malaysia delivery time: within 3 working days (from the time Ninja Van picks up from Larney Store)
    • East Malaysia delivery time: Estimated 8-14 days
    • In some circumstances , please expect delays during peak / festive / sales period.
    • Note that delivery may require a tax fee. The amount depends on each country’s regulation.
    • The checkout amount does not include the tax fee based on each country’s regulation. 

    International

    • Aramex (international shipping except Israel)
      • Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once your order has been processed. 
    •  International expedited shipping will take 10 to 21 working days. We aim to have your parcel delivered earlier however due to Covid-19, it has inevitably shifted the regular time frame previously to 5 to 7 days.
    • Shipping Fees will not be calculated upon checkout.
    • Delivery time: Expected delivery dates are approximately 3-5 working days and up to 10 working days for overseas delivery. We aim to have the parcel delivered in no time and would sometimes be affected by unexpected conditions such as shipping restrictions
    •  Tracking: Tracking number to be provided via email upon order being processed
    • Note that for worldwide shipping, it may require a tax fee. The amount depends on each country’s regulation.
    • The checkout amount does not include the tax fee based on each country’s regulation. 

       

      6.0 OTHER DELIVERY CHARGES

      6.1 Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

      • The total amount of purchased items at www.larney.com.my upon checkout is not inclusive of customs, taxes and import duties fee according to each customer’s country fee. 
      • Fairly, we do not have any control over custom or import charges due to:
        • Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
        • These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers)
        • Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.  The amount depends on each country’s regulation need to be paid by customers.
