Shipping Information

All orders that have been paid on the purchased date before 9.30am will be sent to you the next day via Ninja Van Courier. However, for orders that have been made on Friday noon until Sunday, will only be shipped on Monday of the following week (this condition is not applicable during the peak season , pre order items or certain situation). We provide both local and international shipments.

1.0 SHIPPING

1.1 Domestic & Singapore:

  • We provide shipping via Ninja Van (East Malaysia, West Malaysia and Singapore)
  • Courier: Ninja Van
  • West Malaysia delivery time: Within 3 working days (from the time Ninja Van picks up from Larney Store).
  • East Malaysia delivery time: Estimated from 3 to 10 working days.
  • In some circumstances, delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected during peak , festive , or sales period.
  • Larney is not responsible for delays caused by courier circumstances beyond our control.
  • Note that delivery may require a tax fee. The amount depends on each country’s regulation.
  • The checkout amount does not include the tax fee based on each country’s regulation. 

1.2 International: All countries except Israel.

  • Aramex  or DHL (international shipping except Israel)
    • Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once your order has been processed. 
  • International expedited shipping will take normally from 10 to 14 working days. We aim to have the parcel delivered in no time and would sometimes be affected by unexpected conditions such as shipping restrictions.
  • Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.

  • Note that for worldwide shipping, it may require a tax fee. The amount depends on each country’s regulation.

2.0 OTHER DELIVERY CHARGES

2.1 Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

  • Fairly, we do not have any control over custom or import charges due to:
    • Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
    • These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers)
