Care instructions:

1. Check the Label:  Always check the care label for specific instructions, as they may vary depending on the fabric blend and types of pleats.

2. Washing:

• Machine Wash:
• Use a gentle cycle and cool water (around 30 degrees Celsius).
• Opt for a mild, pH-neutral detergent designed for delicate fabrics.
• Reduce agitation by choosing a low spin speed.
• Hand Wash:
• Use cool water and a gentle detergent.
• Avoid harsh scrubbing or twisting.      

3. Drying:

• Air Drying: This is generally the preferred method for polyblend pleats.
• Hang the garment promptly after washing to prevent wrinkles.
• Use a padded hanger to help maintain the shape of the pleats.
• Machine Drying:
• If machine drying is necessary, use the lowest heat setting.
• Remove the garment while still slightly damp to prevent over-drying, which can damage the pleats.

4. Ironing:

• Ironing is often not recommended for pleated garments: The heat and pressure can flatten the pleats.
• If ironing is absolutely necessary:
• Use the lowest heat setting possible.
• Place a clean cloth or press cloth between the iron and the garment.
• Iron gently and avoid pressing directly on the pleats.
